Government can throw you in jail, and take all of your property, and destroy your lifetime of work and success. Saying that, without government stealing from us to pay these bonuses, none of these bailouts would have happened. We can only expect the recepiant of free money, will waste it. Attempting to regulate them, through government (inefficient in itself) is a silly notion. What we can do, is throw the crooks form office and make sure those who replace them wont vote to steal from Americans to pay off millionaires.
