Who is the banking commissioner for the state of alabama?

Money was taken from my account that was not authorized, I bank with listerhill. It was electronically taken out. The local main office tells me there is nothing they can do, the same thing has happened to several other people. the place that got the money has no address or phone #. The place is reported on ripoff.com. They told me the bank is liable they had to reverse the charges back into my account. The bank keeps telling me there is nothing they can do. So I am trying to contact the banking commissions office.
